You probably have heard about Minecraft because of its fame.It's an incredibly successful game aimed at children with lots of activities to do.It only costs $20.

Firstly, you can play the first mode, survival mode.In this mode, you start with nothing and explore the world to find materials. Also probably the hardest is that you have to fight monsters to survive.With the materials, you create tools like pickaxes and swords. I forgot to mention that you are Steve but you can choose other characters if you wish.

Lastly, when you get geared up you can go to the nether. This is a different dimention that resembles Hell. How?Build a portal with a rectangular shape from obsidian (a very hard dark collored block that you can create by infusing water with lava)

Then, take a flint and steel and it should open.

If you don't like survival and want to relax, play creative! In creative, you have everything and mobs aren't hostile.This mode is used to build whatever you like without needing to worry about the materials.Also use commands!There is a variety from building huge areas in seconds to being insanly strong to kill everything instantly.

Finally, there is a different version for schools with lots of activities you can't do in normal Minecraft.Something very important is that it is free although the normal version is not free. It can be very useful in any subject such as computer science because you can code and do redstone mechanisms like doors. Don't think it is only for computer science because lots of apps can do this. Minecraft education can help in science, too. Students can carry out the experiments in minecraft as well as understand them. Lastly, with minecraft education students will learn while having a lot of fun.

All in all. Minecraft is a game for children from 7 year-olds to any age you like. It is extremely creative, offering you the satisfaction of surviving. That's why it is so popular!!!
