brownies!!!

 "What!?Some guests will arrive in 10 mins!?I haven't even made a desert ! I can make some brownies! Let's make it!"

Ingredients

=200 g butter, melted

=250 g granulated sugar

=2 eggs

=1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

=1 pinch salt

=100 g all-purpose flour

=50 g cocoa powder

=100 g chocolate couverture

To serve                                                                                                                                          =chocolate /white chocolate couverture, melted

 

Recipe

Put the butter and the sugar into a bowl, and whisk them well until the sugar melts

Add the eggs and whisk well.

Add the vanilla extract and salt, and whisk well.

Place a sieve over the bowl and add the flour and cocoa powder to sift them. 

Finely chop the chocolate, add it to the bowl, and fold with a serving spoon. 

Butter a 26 cm round baking dish (or any baking dish that fits in your microwave).

Line the baking dish with parchment paper, spread some butter over the parchment paper*, and then pour the brownie batter into the baking dish.

Transfer the baking dish to the microwave and cook the brownie for 6 minutes.

Remove the brownie from the microwave and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Drizzle the brownie with the melted chocolates, cut it into pieces, and serve.
