Ingredients

  • 1 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted

Optional Toppings:

  • fresh blueberries
  • walnuts
  • oats

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with extra fresh blueberries, walnuts and oats if you so desire.
