Tips & a smoothie for the last week of the term

 It’s finally the last week of the term and everyone is getting ready to write the last tests, hand in the last projects and receive their report cards. Students, all around the world,  are trying their best to make it to the end of the month and finally get some much-needed rest. 

  • Take care of yourself

  • Sleep Well 

  • Take a Break 

  • Encourage Yourself 

  • Set Limits and Boundaries  

  • Get moving 

  • Go back to your favorite study spot 

  • Don't be afraid to ask for help

For the smoothie recipe this week, we have a frozen berry smoothie, to help increase focus. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries

  • 1 ½ cups filtered water

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions: Mix them all up in a blender!
