Tips on how to get refreshed and ready for the new year

 We are officially in the very last days of 2023 and everyone wants to leave this year behind and welcome the new one! But are we really ready? Here are some tips on how to get refreshed fro the new year.

  • Check what you did last year, your faults your successes and everything you accomplished 

  • Make sure to start out fresh and pure, without any burdens 

  • Clean and organize your space, your office, closet, bags

  • Don't be afraid to accept change and innovation

  • Update your devices, change your electronics and do a thorough clean 

  • If you need to change habits, now is the best timing 

  • Don't hesitate making big decisions and taking the lead 

  • Recharge your batteries and relax, change habits 

  • Lastly, remember to be the best version of yourself and keep doing whatever you love

Of course we couldn't leave the last tips of the year without a smoothie so here's the most festive and special one to honor the year we are leaving behind!

Gingerbread Smoothie 

Ingredients

▢1/4 cup ice cubes

▢1/2 frozen banana

▢3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

▢1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated (see Notes)

▢1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

▢2 teaspoons molasses

Blend all the ingredients until it's smooth
