Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • Handful of kale

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • ½ avocado

  • 400ml milk

  • 1 tbsp. honey

Place ingredients into a blender, fill to the max water line, and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
