STUDY TIPS

Plan Ahead-and  Stick To It
Having a study plan with set goals can help you feel
more prepared and can give you a roadmap to follow.
Don't Cram!
It might be tempting to leave all your studying for that big exam up until the last minute, but research suggests that cramming does not improve longer term learning
Set up your study space – Your study space should be quiet, comfortable and distraction-free. It should make you feel happy and inspired. Decorate it with your favourite pictures or objects.
Find your best time – Some people work better in the morning. Others work better at night. Work out which time suits you and plan to study then. Don't study much later than your usual bedtime – pushing yourself late at night can make you too tired to study properly.
Here is a recipe that you can cook if you are hungry, while you are studing...
Strawberry-Kiwi Smoothie
This fruity, low-calorie smoothie recipe becomes even healthier when you use organic kiwis, which contain higher levels of heart-healthy polyphenols and vitamin C.
In a blender, combine 1 1/4 cup cold apple juice, 1 ripe banana, 1 kiwi, 5 frozen strawberries, and 1 1/2 teaspoon honey. Puree until smooth.
