THE MAZE RUNNER by James Dashner

The maze runner by James Dashner is the first book of the Maze runner series. It is a young adult dystopian science fiction book. The story follows a 16-year old boy named Thomas with no memory of life before when he wakes up trapped in a maze. He and some other teenagers, trapped in a strange place they call "Glade" which is surrounded by four doors, are led to the maze. The group has tried unsuccessfully to escape from it  quite often, but now they have Thomas, who will do everything for himself as well as his friends to get to the outside world. But they will face many difficulties like the maze guards, a few biomechanical creatures, called "Grievers". The question remains: will they get out or die in the process?
